Detailed Written Inspections to Realtors and Homeowners

Comprehensive houseline inspection and pressure test. The charge for a detailed written plumbing inspection that includes a pressure test is $85.00. The extensive inspection covers the houseline plumbing on the property (does not include the irrigation system). Vacant houses and no water issues. When a house sits vacant for many months, faucet and shower valves go unused and may become frozen. In many cases, to restore water use, it may be necessary to replace a cartridge.

Low pressure, high pressure. Call for an adjustment to the pressure regulator.
