Dan was on time, very polite, and solved the problem in no time, part of which was due to my silly oversight, but no ridicule from him! :) He suggested if I had any further problems to call the water heater company because my water heater was still under warranty. No monetary taking advantage of a women for this company! I appreciated his talking to me respectfully and not talking down to me. Also, no charge for services not needed.
